Send meetings to Fikelela
Fikelela is Auxo Digital's sales CRM (it used to be called Artemis). Once it's connected, any meeting with a summary can go to Fikelela in a couple of clicks.
Connect Fikelela
- In Fikelela, open Connect AI and create an API key (it starts with
auxo_sk_). - In Lalela, open Settings → Connections, find Fikelela CRM and paste the key.
If Fikelela ever rejects the key (for example, it was revoked), the card says Needs attention with the reason. Paste a new key to reconnect.
Send a meeting
Open the meeting and click Send to CRM. You can pick:
- A suggested deal. Lalela looks up the people on the meeting in Fikelela and pins their deals on top, with the person's name and the deal's stage.
- A new lead. For someone who isn't in your pipeline yet, Lalela offers a lead named after them and their company, for example "Nomvula Khoza — Ridgeline". It adds them to Fikelela as a person if they're new and links the lead to them. If they already have a deal, the meeting goes on that deal instead.
- Any other deal from the full list.
Lalela never treats you, or colleagues on your own company email address, as the customer. Suggestions and new leads only use people from outside your company. Attendees come from your calendar or from imported meetings.
Action items become to-dos
Each action item is listed with a tick box. Approved ones are ticked; suggestions you haven't approved yet are not. The ticked items arrive in Fikelela as to-dos, with their due dates, assigned to the same person if they're on your Fikelela workspace (otherwise to you), and linked back to the meeting. Sending the same meeting again doesn't create the to-dos twice.
When sending to a deal, tick Set the first as the deal's next step to make the earliest to-do the deal's next step.
If your Fikelela can't receive to-dos yet, the dialog tells you, and the ticked action items are listed in the note instead.
The note
Fikelela gets a short, plain-text note: the meeting title, the date and time in your time zone, the summary as simple bullet points, and how many to-dos were sent. Very long summaries are cut at the end of a section or sentence, with a pointer to the full summary in Lalela. The preview in the dialog is exactly what gets sent. Every note has an Open in Lalela link back to the meeting. If you're signed out, the link asks you to sign in and then opens the meeting.
What's sent, and what isn't
- Sent: the summary, the action items you ticked, and a link back to the meeting.
- Never sent: the transcript, the audio, and voiceprints.
Sending again
Lalela remembers what you've sent. If you send the same meeting to the same deal or as a lead again, it asks first. Sending a lead again adds the meeting to the same lead; it never creates a second one. Automations and folder rules that send to Fikelela skip meetings they've already sent.
