For teachers
Oke Studio gives you one place to run your studio — instead of WhatsApp threads, a spreadsheet and a paper notebook.
Getting a teacher account
Teacher accounts are set up by the Oke Studio team while we're in early access — contact us and we'll get your studio ready. (Student sign-up is self-serve.)
Set your availability
In the Planner, set the times you're available to teach. Students can only request lessons in those open slots, and the calendar shows at a glance which days have open slots, bookings and pending requests. When a student requests a lesson, you confirm it — you stay in control of your diary, including cancellation requests.
Link your students
Your Teacher ID is on your profile. Share it with a student, they enter it in their app, and you're linked — their songs, notes and bookings appear on your dashboard from that moment. One teacher can link a whole studio of students (up to 10 on the Free plan, unlimited on Oke Pro).
Follow every student's progress
For each linked student you can see their song board (what's in To Learn, Learning, Priority and Mastered), read and add lesson notes with topics and homework, and share resources — backing tracks, sheet music, videos — that appear straight in their app. Post studio news to keep everyone up to date.
AI Student Insights
Before a lesson, let Oke Studio's AI read a student's recent activity — songs touched, notes written — over the last week, two weeks or month, and write you a short brief: highlights, areas of focus, and suggestions for the next lesson. The same insights are available to the student in an encouraging, motivational voice, so you're both looking at the same picture of their progress.
Why the coins matter to you
The Oke Coins loop isn't just fun for students — motivated students practice more and stay enrolled longer. Their practice becomes visible to you, and their streaks become your retention.
