What is Oke Studio?
Oke Studio is a South African platform that gives music teachers and their students one shared home for lessons. Instead of juggling WhatsApp messages, spreadsheets and paper notebooks, everything about your lessons lives in one place — who's booked when, what each student is working on, and how their practice is going.
For teachers, Oke Studio handles the admin that eats into teaching time: set your availability, let students book lessons against it, keep notes on every student, share learning resources, and follow each student's progress from a single dashboard.
For students, it turns practice into something you can see and celebrate: track the songs you're learning from first attempt to mastered, keep notes from your lessons, and earn Oke Coins as you hit practice milestones — coins you can spend in the in-app Rewards Store as your mastery level climbs.
Oke Studio runs in your web browser at app.okestudio.co.za, so it works on your computer, tablet or phone — nothing to install.
Plans
You can use Oke Studio free of charge: the Free plan includes full lesson booking, up to 20 songs and 30 notes, and teacher tools for up to 10 students. Oke Pro (R49 per month) removes those limits and adds extras such as the AI Lyric Finder. Music schools with several teachers can contact us about a custom plan.
