What is Auxo Codex?

Auxo Codex turns your company's knowledge into an operating system: one connected, permissioned knowledge base that your whole team can read, your leadership can run the business from, and an AI assistant can answer from — citing every source.

You own it. It's just files.

Every note is plain Markdown in a vault you control — Obsidian-native, git-versioned, synced through your existing storage. There's no proprietary database to be locked out of: if you ever walked away, you'd walk away with all of it.

A company OS, not a note pile

Vision and mission, company rocks laddered to every team, the weekly scorecard, the org chart, review cycles — the operating layer that actually runs the business is built in, generated live from your notes.

AI that cites its sources

Ask anything. The assistant answers strictly from your vault and links every claim to the real note it came from — grounded, auditable, and impossible to bluff. It sees only what you're allowed to see: restricted folders stay invisible to it.

Two front doors

• The team web wiki — sign in with your Microsoft account from any browser: search, wikilinks and backlinks, dashboards, and the AI chat.
• The desktop app — a fast, local-first macOS app (signed and notarised) that reads straight off your own copy of the vault: instant, offline, nothing uploaded.
