Message bundles
Outbound WhatsApp messages (AI replies, manual sends, campaign messages) use message credits — one credit per message. Top up with bundles:

Outbound template messages are additionally billed by Meta at roughly R0.80 per message.
Things worth knowing
- Test chats are always free. The dashboard test chat never uses credits, so you can tune prompts as much as you like.
- Trial and after. When the trial ends, pick a plan and carry on — or walk away. Your data stays yours either way.
- Payment. Pay by card, or request an invoice/EFT if that suits your organisation better.
- If credits run out the assistant pauses outbound replies (nothing is silently dropped — you're notified) until you top up.
