Does Buza read everything on my phone?

No. Buza only sees the groups you add it to and the messages sent to its own number. Nothing is scraped, sold or used to train ads.

Do my members need to install anything?

No. Members just use WhatsApp as normal — Buza is simply another participant that happens to answer instantly.

Can I control what the assistant says?

Completely. You write its prompts, upload reference files, keep a toxicity watchlist, and can pause replies with one switch.

What happens after the free trial?

Pick a plan and carry on — or walk away. Your data stays yours either way, and you can export or delete it.

Is my community's data safe?

Conversations are stored encrypted in the cloud, visible only to your team's dashboard. Delete an assistant and its data is deleted with it — that's our POPIA position in one sentence.

Can I connect Buza to Claude, Cursor or another AI tool?

Yes. Mint a key under Settings → Connect AI and point any MCP-compatible client at it. It can send messages, list your conversation threads, and summarise a thread on your behalf — scoped to your organisation only. Revoke a key any time.
