What is Duma?

Duma — isiZulu for "thunder; to resound" — is a marketing-automation platform for teams that publish across social networks. Write a post once, tailor it per network, get it approved, and let Duma publish it on schedule. It replaces the tab-juggling of posting by hand with a single composer, a shared calendar, and a clean approval trail.

What you can do

  • Compose once, publish everywhere. Draft a post and target one or more connected channels. Customise the wording per network when you want to.
  • Let AI help with captions. Ask for a caption suggestion and refine it, rather than staring at a blank box.
  • Schedule ahead. Pick a date and time; Duma publishes durably when it arrives, so nothing depends on your browser being open.
  • Approve before it goes out. Route drafts to a reviewer, with roles that decide who can publish.
  • See the outcome per channel. Every post shows its status on each network, with a link to the live post once it lands.
  • Keep media in one place. A shared library for the images your posts reuse.

How teams are set up

Duma works in workspaces. A workspace holds your connected channels, your media library, your posts, and your teammates. Members have roles — owner, admin, editor, contributor and viewer — that decide who can compose, who can approve, and who can publish.

Next steps

  • Getting started — sign in, create a workspace, connect a channel.
  • Composing and publishing — the composer → schedule → approve → publish flow, end to end.
  • FAQ — networks, approvals, and your data.
