Getting started

1. Sign in

Sign in with your Auxo Digital Microsoft account, or email and password if that's how your account was set up. There's nothing to install — Auxo LMS runs in your browser.

2. Explore the library

Head to Explore and browse or search the catalog — filter by skill, tag, type, or level. Use the AI search if you know roughly what you want to learn but not the exact title.

3. Track a resource

Open anything that looks useful and enroll in it. From there you can move it between planned, in progress, and completed, and jot a rating or a note once you're done — that's what powers better suggestions later.

4. Ask the tutor

Go to Tutor and ask a question in your own words — "where do I learn about our brand system?" or "summarise what we know about X." Answers are grounded in the team's own resources and notes and cite what they're based on. If the answer isn't in the library yet, the tutor says so instead of guessing.

5. Add something you found useful

Found a good course, video or article? Paste the link on Add resource — the AI drafts a summary, tags and the skills it teaches, so you only need to check it over and save. Every resource you add helps the next person.

6. Check your dashboard

Dashboard is your home base: what you're learning, what's suggested to you, and an AI prompt for "what should I learn next?" based on your role and progress so far.

Tips for a good first week

  • Rate what you finish. Ratings and completions are what make suggestions (yours and everyone else's) better over time.
  • Suggest, don't hoard. If a resource helped you, suggest it to a teammate — it takes one click from the resource page.
  • Use notes as you go. A short note while something's fresh beats trying to reconstruct it later, and notes are searchable by the tutor too.
