Who can see what I'm learning?

Your enrollments and progress are visible to the team — Auxo LMS is an internal tool built around learning together, not a private tracker. Notes follow their own visibility setting, so you can keep some private if you want to.

Does the AI tutor make things up?

No — it's grounded. It answers only from the team's own resources and notes and cites what it's based on. If nothing in the library covers your question, it says so instead of guessing. AI-generated content (summaries, tags, quiz questions) is labelled as such so you know to sanity-check it.

Who decides what's in the catalog?

Anyone can add a resource. Curators and admins group resources into paths, approve suggestions, and keep the skills taxonomy tidy — see the admin guide.

How do I get curator or admin access?

Ask an existing admin — they can change your role from Admin → People. New accounts default to member.

How does Auxo LMS know it's me?

You sign in with your Auxo Digital Microsoft account (or email/password, if that's how your account was set up) — the same identity used across other Auxo Digital tools.
