The triage board
Every project has its own board, updating live as feedback comes in — no refresh needed.
Columns
Items move through four columns: To do → In progress → Review → Done. New feedback always lands at the top of To do, so the most recent item is the first thing the team sees. Drag a card between columns (or within a column to reorder) and everyone watching the board sees the move instantly.
Opening an item
Click any card to see the full picture: the full-size screenshot, the page it came from, browser details, and — depending on how it was captured — exactly which element or region was highlighted.
Priority and assignee
From the detail view you can set:
- Priority — P0 (urgent), P1, or P2, shown as a coloured tag on the card.
- Assignee — who's picked it up.
The board can be filtered by either, so the team can quickly see "what's P0 and unassigned" or "what's mine."
Search
A search bar filters cards by their note, page URL, or other captured details — handy once a board has been running for a while.
Adding an item manually
Not every piece of feedback comes through the widget. Team members can add a card directly to a board for anything spotted internally.
