Flagging an issue
If a site has the Iris widget installed, you'll see a small feedback button docked to the left or right edge of the page. Sending feedback takes three steps.
1. Click the widget button
The button stays out of the way of the page content and hides itself from screenshots — you'll never see it in your own capture.
2. Capture what you're seeing
Choose the capture mode that best shows the issue:
- Full page — the whole page, exactly as it renders.
- Element — click a specific component (a button, a card, a form field) to capture just that.
- Region — draw a box around the exact area you want to highlight.
A live preview shows you what you've captured before you go any further.
3. Add a note and submit
Describe what you expected, what happened instead, or the improvement you're suggesting. Submit, and your feedback — screenshot, page URL, browser details, and your note — lands immediately on the team's triage board.
A few things worth knowing
- Sending feedback is anonymous. You don't need an account or a login.
- The widget only appears on the sites it's been installed on, and only on desktop browsers — it stays out of the way on mobile.
- You'll see a brief confirmation once your feedback has been received.
