Contacts & accounts

Behind every deal is a person at a company. Artemis keeps both — contacts (the people) and accounts (the companies they work for) — so you always know who you're dealing with and what's been said.

Add a contact

Capture a contact with their name, role, email and phone, and link them to the account they work for. Once a contact exists, every deal, note and activity you log against them builds a running history you can pick up at any time.

Group contacts under an account

An account is the company. Link its contacts to it and you get the whole relationship on one screen — who the champions are, which deals are open, and where the account stands overall. This matters when several people at the same company are involved in a decision.

Log activity as you go

After a call, meeting or email, log a quick activity note against the contact or deal. It takes seconds and it means the next conversation — yours or a colleague's — starts from what actually happened, not from memory. The activity trail is also what powers the warmth and keep-in-touch signals described in Relationships & key accounts.

Keep it clean and compliant

Good contact data is the CRM's foundation, so keep records tidy and up to date. Artemis is built to handle personal information responsibly — record only what you need for the relationship, and keep it accurate.
