Do I need to stop using Fireflies, Otter, Gemini, or Claude for notes?

No. Aion isn't a notetaker and isn't trying to replace the tool that transcribes and summarises your calls. It's the layer on top: the Confirmed/Provisional/Open decision split, owned actions, cross-meeting risk flags, the client-confirmation artifact, and the follow-up loop. Feed it the transcript or export you already produce.

Where does my project data live?

Your workspace is scoped to your organisation — other tenants can never see your meetings, files, decisions, or chat history. Cloud infrastructure is designed to keep project data in-region where possible.

How accurate is the meeting summary?

Aion works from whatever transcript you give it, so summary quality follows transcript quality. The value isn't in re-doing transcription — it's in the decision split, the action ownership, and the cross-meeting risk flags built on top of it. The client-confirmation step exists precisely so a transcription glitch never quietly becomes a contractual problem: a human verifies before anything is treated as final.

Can I connect Aion's AI Assistant to a specific project only?

Yes — everything the AI Assistant answers is grounded in the active project's own record. Switch projects to change what it can see.

What happens to an action with no owner?

It's flagged rather than dropped. An action item with nobody attached to it tends to quietly die — Aion treats a missing owner as something to fix, not something to hide.
