What is Aion?
Aion isn't another notetaker. It sits on top of whatever transcript or summary tool you already use and does the job that comes after the meeting: telling you what was actually decided, who owes what by when, and where two meetings quietly contradict each other.
Who it's for
Project-based teams where miscommunication is expensive — architects, contractors, consultancies, and anyone running client work across many meetings and many stakeholders. If "the client swears they never agreed to that" has ever cost you time or money, this is built for you.
What it does
- Splits the summary into three tiers. Every meeting summary separates Confirmed Decisions (locked in), Provisional Positions (floated but not agreed), and Open Items (still unresolved) — instead of one flat block of notes.
- Turns actions into owners and dates. Every action item is pinned to a person and a due date. An action with no owner gets flagged, because an action with no owner is just a wish.
- Reads across meetings, not just one. Aion's Insights flag risks and contradictions that only show up when you compare this week's meeting against last month's — before they turn into a redesign or a dispute.
- Gives you one accountability view per project. Open and overdue actions and the live risk register, aggregated across every meeting on the project, in one place.
- Produces a client-shareable decision record. A clean summary of scope and decisions you can send to a client and say "verify this before we close" — turning "I emailed the minutes" into a confirmed, dated record.
- Answers questions grounded in your project. Ask the AI Assistant things like "what did the client confirm about scope, and when?" or "show me all overdue actions" and get answers sourced from your project's own record.
What you stay in control of
- Your workspace. Each organisation gets its own tenant — your meetings, files, and decisions are never visible to anyone outside it.
- Your projects. Aion organises everything per project, the way you already think about the work.
- The record. Decisions only move from Provisional to Confirmed the way your actual meetings did — Aion reflects what was said, it doesn't invent agreement.
