No — Xero stays your accounting source of truth. Plutus is being built to mirror your Xero invoices and payments read-only, so the milestone and follow-up view stays in sync automatically.

Can I use Plutus without Xero?

Yes. Invoices and payments can be recorded directly today while the Xero sync is being built.

Is my data shared across organisations?

No. Every client, engagement, and receipt belongs to one organisation only — team members only see what their own organisation owns.

What happens to a receipt after I confirm it?

It's marked filed and kept with the engagement it belongs to — no separate storage to manage.
