What is Plutus?

Plutus (named for the Greek god of wealth) is a payment-milestone tracker built for agencies and studios that run client work through a proposal → contract → deposit → delivery → payment lifecycle. It answers the question every finance lead asks every Monday: who owes us what, and what's overdue?

What it does

• Tracks milestones per engagement. Every client engagement gets a milestone ladder — proposal sent, contract signed, deposit paid, kickoff, delivery, payment received — so nothing slips through silently.
• Chases outstanding invoices for you. An escalating follow-up ladder (friendly → firm → final) queues the next nudge automatically, with suggested copy, so collections don't rely on someone remembering.
