PDF Tools

Not every job needs a heavyweight PDF editor. Tools gives you three quick, single-purpose helpers for the everyday things — combining files, pulling out a few pages, or tidying up the order — without leaving LethaDocs.

Find them in the left menu under Tools.

Your files never leave your device

Just like Sign Desk, everything here happens in your browser. The PDFs you open are never uploaded — the merging, splitting and rebuilding all happen on your own computer or phone, and the finished file is saved straight to your device.

Merge PDFs

Combine several PDFs into one.

1. Drop in as many PDFs as you like — or click Choose file and add them.
2. Each file shows its name and page count. Use the arrows to move a file up or down until they're in the order you want, or remove any you added by mistake.
3. Give the combined file a name and click Merge & download.

Split a PDF

Pull out just the pages you need into a new file.

1. Drop in a single PDF. Tools shows you how many pages it has.
2. Type the pages you want — a single page like 4, a range like 1-3, or a mix like 1-3, 7. As you type, Tools tells you how many pages you'll get, or flags anything that doesn't fit.
3. Click Extract & download. Your new file keeps only the pages you chose.

Organise pages

Reorder, rotate and remove pages, then download the tidied-up PDF.

1. Drop in a PDF. You'll see a thumbnail of every page.
2. Drag a page to move it. Hover a page to rotate it 90° at a time, or remove it — removed pages dim out and can be restored with a click.
3. When it looks right, click Apply & download.

Good to know

• Tools only works with PDFs. Password-protected or damaged files can't be opened until the password is removed — Tools will let you know.
• Nothing is uploaded, so there's no size limit beyond what your device can comfortably handle; very large files may simply take a moment longer.
• Your original is never changed — every tool builds a brand-new file for you to download.
