Do my clients need to create an account?
No. Clients receive a unique secure link and upload straight away — from a laptop or a phone. If a link is ever compromised you can regenerate it in one click and the old one stops working.
What happens when a client uploads the wrong document?
Reject it with a reason. The client sees exactly what was wrong on their upload page and can re-upload immediately — no email ping-pong.
How many team members can I add?
As many as you like. Every plan includes unlimited team seats — you pay for requests, not people.
Is it only for financial services?
No — any business that needs documents from clients before or during a project uses LethaDocs the same way. Agencies collect logos, copy and access details with a "Website kickoff" bundle; the starter library includes one. Paste any list of documents and it becomes a reusable bundle in seconds.
Is LethaDocs POPIA compliant?
LethaDocs is built POPIA-conscious: encrypted storage, access limited to your firm, revocable links, and permanent deletion when you delete a request. A signed operator agreement is available for firms that need one.
Can I connect LethaDocs to my own systems?
Yes — LethaDocs has a developer API, so you can create clients and send document requests straight from your CRM, intake form or practice system. Owners and admins generate API keys in the app under Settings → API, where you'll also find the endpoints and copy-paste examples. Building an integration and want a hand? Email hello@auxo.digital.
