Getting started

Welcome! Here's how JobSpark gets you interview-ready, in four steps. You can jump around, but this order works best — each step builds on the one before it.

1. Build your profile

Your experience and skills power everything else. Fill in your work history, education, and skills once, and JobSpark uses them to write your CV, tailor your cover letters, and shape your interview practice.

2. Generate your CV

Turn your profile into a polished, ATS-ready CV in seconds. (ATS stands for "applicant tracking system" — the software many employers use to scan CVs before a person reads them. JobSpark formats your CV so it gets through.) Need a cover letter too? Paste in the job description and the CV Builder drafts one that matches your experience to the role.

3. Practise interviews

Answer real interview questions out loud and get honest, encouraging feedback from the AI Interview Coach. Choose the kind of session you want — general, behavioural, technical, or tailored to a specific job. Want feedback on how you sounded as well? Switch on "Analyse how I sound" before you start.

4. Find & apply

Browse real South African jobs and apply with confidence — with a CV, a cover letter, and interview practice already behind you.
