Getting started
Joining a tournament (players)
You don't need an account. When the organiser shares the event:
- Scan the QR code (or open the join link) on your phone.
- Enter your name — that's your whole sign-up. If it's a private event, you'll also enter the join code shown by the organiser. You can enter a join code in the Live Hub at any time — even while another tournament is on screen, use the "Looking for another tournament?" panel to switch events or type your code.
- Play. When a round starts, check your court and partner on your phone, play your match, then tap in the score. The leaderboard updates instantly for everyone.
Creating a tournament (organisers)
- Go to hermespadel.ozrazak.com and choose to create an event. You'll sign in with your Google account — only organisers need to sign in.
- Name your event, then pick:
- Format — Americano, Mexicano or King of the Hill.
- Courts — how many you have (you can name them too).
- Points per game — the total each match plays to (16 by default).
- Public or private — private events get a join code.
- Share the QR code or join link. Players appear on your list as they join.
- Start the event and generate rounds. Hermes pairs everyone fairly, assigns courts, and rotates sit-outs if you have more players than spots. Generate rounds one at a time or several upfront.
- Put it on the TV. Open TV mode on any big screen for live standings, the round timer and a scan-to-join code.
Wrapping up
When the last score is in, everyone gets a recap: final standings, per-player stats and fun awards for the night. Organisers can also export the results as a spreadsheet (CSV).
