How much does it cost?

Nothing — Hermes Padel is free to use for players and organisers.

What do I need to play?

Just a phone with a browser. Players don't create accounts or passwords — you join with your name via a QR code or link. Only the organiser signs in (with a Google account) to create and manage events.

Does it work on my device? Can I install it?

Hermes Padel runs in any modern browser on iOS, Android and desktop at hermespadel.ozrazak.com. You can also install it as an app straight from your browser — look for the install prompt, or use "Add to Home Screen" — for a full-screen, app-like experience.

There's no App Store or Google Play download yet — a native iOS app is in the works. In the meantime, the web app gives you the full experience.

What's the difference between the formats?

• Americano — the classic social format. Partners and opponents change every round, and you score points as an individual. Hermes avoids repeat pairings so you play with as many different people as possible.
• Mexicano — rounds are seeded by the live standings, so you always face players at your level, with teams balanced within each court.
• King of the Hill — win and you move up a court; lose and you move down. Fight your way to the top court.

How does scoring work?

Every match plays to a fixed total of points — 16 by default, but the organiser can change this. When the match ends, either team enters the score from their phone, and the leaderboard updates live for everyone, including the TV screen.

What if we have more players than court spots?

Hermes rotates sit-outs automatically and evenly, so nobody rests more than their fair share. Sitting out the most even earns you a badge — Hermes' Favor.

Can spectators follow along?

Yes — the live leaderboard and TV mode are visible to anyone with the event link, no sign-in needed.
