Booking a meeting
Atlas has a public booking page so anyone can grab time on the calendar without an email back-and-forth. No account and no sign-in is needed to use it — it's designed to be shared as a link, the same way a Calendly page would be.
How it works
- Open the booking link. You'll see the meeting length, location, and a list of upcoming days with open times, shown in the host's time zone.
- Pick a day, then a time. Only genuinely open slots are shown — the page checks real availability before offering a time.
- Fill in your details. Name, email, and an optional note about what the meeting is about.
- Confirm. You'll see an on-screen confirmation, and a calendar invite follows to your inbox as the official confirmation.
If a time disappears
Slots can occasionally be taken by someone else between you loading the page and confirming. If that happens, Atlas tells you and refreshes the list so you can pick another time straight away — no need to reload or start over.
Good to know
- The page works from any browser, on desktop or mobile — no app or extension required.
- Times are always shown in the host's time zone, labelled clearly, so there's no guessing across zones.
- Rescheduling or cancelling is done by replying to the calendar invite that follows your booking.
