My Assistant

My Assistant is a private assistant — the one place in Atlas that's grounded entirely in your own world: your calendar, your mail, and your daily/weekly digests. Nobody else, including other Auxo teammates, can see what you ask it or what it answers.

This is different from the chat on your dashboard, which answers from the shared team knowledge base (rocks, pipeline, scorecard). My Assistant never touches that shared data — it only ever reads what's yours.

What to ask it

My Assistant is built for questions about your own day:

• "What's on my calendar tomorrow?"
• "Which emails still need a reply?"
• "Summarise my week from my digests."
• "What meetings should I prepare for?"

Before you start

My Assistant needs your calendar and mail connected first. If you haven't connected them yet, head to My Digests and connect your Microsoft or Google account — the same connection powers both your daily digest emails and My Assistant's answers.

Privacy, by design

• Only you can see your questions and answers.
• It only reads what you've explicitly connected — nothing is accessed without your consent.
• You can disconnect your calendar or mail at any time from Settings; My Assistant simply has less to answer from once you do.
