Getting started
1. Sign in
Go to focus.auxodigital.africa and sign in with Google, Microsoft, or email. On a phone, use your browser's "Add to Home Screen" so Focus opens like a native app.
2. Add your tasks — and let the AI break them down
Add what you need to do today. For anything chunky, use the AI breakdown: it turns "prepare the client proposal" into focused, session-sized steps. Drag the steps into order in the planner until the day looks realistic.
3. Run a focus session
Pick the first task and start the timer. Work until it rings, take the break it gives you, repeat. Streaks and scores accumulate as you finish sessions — the point is momentum, not perfection.
4. Make mornings automatic
- Start My Day reads you a short spoken briefing of what's ahead — tasks and meetings — while you make coffee.
- Connect your calendar in Settings (Google or Outlook) so meetings appear alongside your plan. You can also push focus blocks to your calendar so colleagues see you're heads-down.
Tips from heavy users
- Plan tomorrow, tonight. Two minutes of dragging tasks the evening before beats deciding at 9am.
- Trust the breaks. The timer's rest periods are part of the system — visit the 3D Sanctuary rather than your inbox.
- Check your Focus DNA weekly. Once a week, look at when you actually focus best and move your hardest work there.
